well more or less I agree with your article…most of us are used to play with single TAC and win all and habits is hard to change… ..so SI make nice job to push limits of game…but still I think that AI in normal FM is unfair to players…specially it is obvious that same AI is used on FM Live and FM…. and by my opinion as hardcore FM fan that is bad idea…you can call this AI cheat or not but point is that it is so predictable..for example…I would always bet that new signing in opposition team will always score his 1st goal vs you..or some super lousy ST will score his 1st goal of season vs you….and only out defender or goalkeeper will make some stupid mistake, but never happened to opponent AI team. My resume will be: 8.02 match engine sucks and hope will not be implemented in 2009! it destroy joy of playing

Looks like FM 09 is moving in the right direction. All the features seem useful and I can’t wait to try it out.

But they aren’t likely to publicize the mindless deletions & terrible bugs (features?) which every game has are they ? So I’ll reserve judgment until I’ve completed a couple of seasons on the new version.

I personally think its about time we had more of the English leagues, rather than just blue square south/north and above. Id love it if i could start from the very bottom league in England and work my way up.

arsenal or dutch clubs. of course many teams are made for this system. the only thing is to have at least 5 good central midfielders and not too many great strikers.

just to be accurate, it’s not a mirrored system that holland plays. the left midfielder(sneijder or van persie) runs to the center of the box, but the right one (kuyt or robben) plays the wing.

I thin the Maltese League should be done in FM2009. (MALTA League). It is unique and really fun.

If playing in club football, which club is generally best suited to start off with this formation?
ie, good full backs, good def mid etc - and the money to buy players!
